Although I’m really enjoying this story, the author is not so great with crime investigations. In this day and age, social media accounts are very important to investigations, as many interactions take place online now. Also, the clues she gives the police are absolute garbage in terms of finding a person – “a fat guy wearing a specific bracelet, that is somewhere east.” Or previously, the white sneakers with mud on them.
